Unless the product arrives damaged or defective, there is a no refund policy because mostly all of the orders are custom made and/or personalized..

 

Conditions of returns in the event that there is a condition which requires a return:

*Buyers are responsible for return shipping cost. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. 

My turnaround time for shoes is normally 7-10 days, not including weekends. Rushed orders will require a RUSH FEE of up to $10

 

I can usually have the item shipped out within 14 days. If I will need longer with your order I will communicate that to you.
