Custom (Real Gold/Silver) sets

Mostly all of the jewerly is custom made. You can opt for real or imitation gold/silver if your pieces contain gold/silver.

Unless the product arrives damaged or defective, there is a no refund policy because mostly all of the orders are custom made and/or personalized..

 

Conditions of returns in the event that there is a condition which requires a return:

*Buyers are responsible for return shipping cost. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. 

My turnaround time is normally 72 hours, not including weekends. Rushed orders will require a RUSH FEE of up to $10... Real gold orders can take a week to a week and a half.

 

I can usually have the item shipped out within 7 days. If I will need longer with your order I will communicate that to you. 

The jewelry is easy to care for:

Wipe it down with a cloth if possible. To maintain the beauty and luster, do not wear in water. Apply lotions and perfumes prior to putting jewelry on. Do not submerge in jewelry cleaner! The best was for this jewelry to stay beautiful is to please keep it in the jewelry bag or box that is provided when you're not wearing it. 

 

Please keep in mind that unless you opt for the real 14kt gold filled beading, there is a possibility that the imitaion jewelry will tarnish. I can not put a guarantee on how long it will last!
